CRC ERROR in downloads from MEDIAFIRE is a common problem to the download links. Sometimes NO MATTER how many times you download the parts of RAR files. The CRC ERROR still pops up and annoyingly disrupts the decompression of files. This is due to the fact that MEDIAFIRE often corrupts the files uploaded and is not due to the fault of the uploader. However this problem could be resolved using the REPAIR ARCHIVE option from WINRAR. Read more from this article to view the tutorial.

YOU MUST HAVE WINRAR installed to repair damaged archives. get it from: http://rarlab.com

1. First download the file with all the parts from your download link.
2. Put all the parts in the same folder to avoid confusion.

3. Right Click any of the file ( in this case *.part1) and choose EXTRACT HERE

4. A new window will appear showing the extraction of the archive.

5. If there is a damaged archive a diagnostic window from WINRAR will appear. Wait until the extraction is completed and take note of the corrupted archives in the list. In this particular case part2 and part3 is corrupted. Press Close.

6. Now that we know the archives that are damaged it is time to repair them. Double click the corrupted part to open them in winrar. On WINRAR press alt+r or click tools>repair archive.

7. Choose the correct archive type and save the repaired archive to the same folder of the old files. (e.g. D:/New Folder). Press OK

8. Wait until the recovery is finished and click close. You could now also close winrar.

9. A new file will appear on the folder you specified named as “fixed.filename.part*”.

10. Now, delete the old file that you have repaired.

11. Rename the new file and delete the affixed “fixed.” on its file name.

12. Try to extract the file again as in procedure #1. If there is still a corrupted part REPEAT the same procedure to the other damaged archive part.

13. Congratulations! You can now extract the archive successfully.

**Note: Not every RAR files can be repaired eventhough you have done the steps above. So just give it a shot.

Just for the record, those viewers are real & genuine viewers, not like most blogspot viewers who came into a particular blog just for blogwalking or clicking ads, since there’s no single ads in this blog; and my own visits to my blog are not counted.

Amalan Pemakanan Isteri sebelum bersama

1. Madu lebah (utk energy dan kesihatan dalaman)
2. Minum susu dan mengambil buah badam sebagai sajian ringan
3. Amalkan minum sup ayam dan makanan berempah
3. Minuman berhalia juga bagus (suami juga – utk kepekatan air mani)

Tips untuk mendapatkan bayi perempuan :

1. Berdoa sebelum bersama dgn niat usaha utk mendapatkan bayi perempuan.

2.Bersama suami pada waktu subur isteri (antara hari kesebelas hingga hari kesembilan belas dr kiraan hari pertama datangnya haid) Kenapa dlm waktu subur isteri sahaja? Sbb suami ni aktif 24 jam, so
sperma dia sentiasa banyak dan subur walhal isteri kebiasaannya bergantung pada mood. Hanya dalam waktu subur ni saja, hormon isteri lain macam sikit. That’s why susah nak dapat baby perempuan ni.. tapi majoriti pasangan baru berkahwin, potensi dapat anak perempuan tinggi.

3. Suami melepaskan/merembeskan hanya 50% air maninya di dalam rahim isteri dan bakinya dipangkal rahim (Tujuan : mengizinkan hanya sedikit sahaja sperm kedalam rahim isteri supaya gen XY dpt diseimbangkan;
Suami membawa XY, isteri membawa gen X – so penentu jantina bayi adalah dr sperma suami)

4. Selepas bersama, amalkan tidur beralih ke kiri (sekiranya membelakangkan suami, minta izin terlebih dahulu)

5. Berdoa.

Amalan Pemakanan 1-4 bulan kandungan (dlm proses pembentukan janin):

1. Banyakkan makan sayur, sup dan asam serta beralkali
2. Banyakkan makan buah-buahan
3. Amalan minuman berkarbonat/gas (jgnlah selalu)

Amalan Perbuatan 1-9 bulan kandungan :

1. Mengamalkan bacaan surah Yusuf dan Maryam (surah Yusuf utk kuatkan badan dan bayi, lebihkan mengamalkan surah maryam utk pembentukan minda bayi * lebihkan/kekerapan kepada surah Maryam

2. Mengurut kandungan/perut dan bercakap dgn bayi dalam kandungan dgn memanggilnya dgn nama “Maryam” atau “Siti Aisyah”

3. Berdoa selepas solat (biasalah kan….)

Fizikal ibu yg mengandungkan bayi perempuan – perutnya meleper atau membulat rata ke kiri dan kanan.

Tips untuk mendapatkan bayi lelaki:

Sebelum & Selepas:

1. Berdoa sebelum bersama dgn niat usaha utk mendapatkan bayi lelaki

2. Bersama suami pada waktu tidak subur isteri (antara hari dua puluh satu hingga hari kedua puluh lapan /hari sebelum period dr kiraan hari pertama selepas waktu subur) Kenapa dlm waktu tidak subur isteri sahaja? Sbb suami ni aktif 24 jam, so sperma dia sentiasa banyak dan gen X/Y yg perlu dikumpulkan perlu lebih sedikit pada waktu ini. Hanya dalam waktu tidak subur ini saja, hormon
suami perlu lebih aktif dr isteri. Agak susah nak dapatkan bayi lelaki tapi depends gak.. (kebanyakan pasangan baru berkahwin selalu dapat bayi perempuan sbb first time bagi si isteri melalui ‘gitu-gitu’ so excited terlebih sikit… tapi kalau merancang, memang mudah dapat bayi lelaki)

3. Suami melepaskan/merembeskan 100% air maninya di dalam rahim isteri dan sedalam mungkin
(Tujuan : mengizinkan kesemua sperma disalurkan kedalam rahim isteri supaya gen XX lebih banyak dr XY; Suami membawa XY, isteri membawa gen X – so penentu jantina bayi adalah dr sperma suami)

4. Selepas bersama, amalkan tidur beralih ke kanan (sekiranya membelakangkan suami, minta izin terlebih dahulu takpun cuba ubah tempat tidur supaya tidak membelakangi suami tapi masih dlm keadaan beralih ke kanan)

5. Berdoa.

Amalan Pemakanan 1-4 bulan kandungan (dlm proses pembentukan janin):

1. Banyakkan makan laut (seafood) serta daging
2. Banyakkan makan yg berasid
3. Amalan minuman kurang manis

Usually at the end of an interview, the interviewer will ask if there’s anything we would like to ask. DON’T just say “no”. It shows that you are not serious or maybe not interested in that job anymore. Sometimes the interviewer just wanna see your ability to ask questions with proper English to see how good your communication skill is. That depends on the interviewer you are facing. Below are questions you may want to ask the Interviewer:

Why is this position open?

How often has it been filled in the past five years? What were the main reasons?

What would you like done differently by the next person who fills this position?

What are some of the objectives you would like to see accomplished in this job?

What is most pressing? What would you like to have done in the next 3 months.

What are some of the long term objectives you would like to see completed?

What are some of the more difficult problems one would have to face in this position?

How do you think these could best be handled?

What type of support does this position receive in terms of people, finances. etc?

What freedom would I have in determining my own work objectives, deadlines, and methods of measurement?

What advancement opportunities are available for the person who is successful in this position, and within what time frame?

In what ways has this organization been most successful in terms of products and services over the years?

What significant changes do you foresee in the near future?
How is one evaluated in this position?

What accounts for success within the company?
